I can recommend the CDT CL components available here [ http://www.thezeb.com/p-CDT-Audio-CL-61T-6-1-2-inch-Component-System-109415.htm ] and this loks like a decent enough amp [ http://www.thezeb.com/p-Phoenix-Gold-T250.2-FR-2-Channel-Amplifier-106334.htm. ] Add a walmart wiring kit for $50 and you should come in under budget. Use your existing door wiring, just splice in speaker wires from the amp behind the HU.
